The Bustard is a 17th century former coaching inn situated on a medieval droving route between Salisbury and  Devizes. The building has a long history of providing shelter to those that needed it so it is fitting that this continues to be its purpose to this day.

The Bustard was purchased by the charity to use as its headquarters and residential centre in 2009 since when it has grown into a valuable community resource. The Bustard facilities are available to hire and include a Bar and Function room with a licence and capacity for 140 people, beautifully maintained gardens and 6 twin rooms with en-suites. Each year the Bustard hosts several events such as its Gift Fair and craft workshops. Gul also hosts lectures, health and prevention workshops and exercise classes e.g. its Pilates class run in partnership with Girls love Fit. To find out more about upcoming events check out our What's On page.
