Gul currently works in partnership with local NHS surgeries and their teams to provide targeted weight loss programmes. All of our programmes are run by trained medical staff and exercise professionals, their primary aim is to help you to lose weight by teaching ways to deal with situations whether they be emotional, physical or nutritional.
We run several courses, each aimed at a different lifestyle; the Boot Camp is an intensive workshop aimed at kickstarting a lifestyle change. The L.E.A.P course is aimed at boosting an individuals self esteem in a relaxed environment, it includes psychology and educational elements. The E.L.E.A.P course is a L.E.A.P course in the evening for people unable to attend during the day. Plain Fit is a a weekly fitness class.
